So this day it rained and rained and rained. The original plan was to go to the Washington Monument, Holocaust Museum and Bureau of Engraving and Printing(money factory) but that had to be altered because the Washington Monument sold out of tickets so we substituted Arlington Cemetary in that morning. It was raining remember. So we wathced the changing of the guard in the pouring rain and we walked around Arlington in the rain I love it, Katie, not so much. I love it when it rains so this was fine with me but I did not wear the best rain shoes but then again I do not own really good rain shoes. I still love the rain, it is the reminder of how much God loves us, at least that is how it is to me. Then we go from Arlington Cemetary to the Holocaust Museum, McKenzie was absolutely perplexed by the fact that there are people out there who kill people because they think differently and act differently or are of a different religion. I fear that I created a traumatic event in her young life but I believe she will be better for it. So then after that it is getting pretty late and I have their tickets for the money factory. I did not get one for me because I have the performance that evening and I had already been. So I give them their tickets and I head home so that I can meet Paul, who I convinced to pick us up at our apartment instead of his house because of the rain and dresses and the bad mix that they cause. So we go to our first performance and really it was not too bad the only problem is that we could not hear the monitors in one number and it fell apart. Then I butchered my part pretty bad but it worked out okay in the end because I remember that they have never heard it and it was correctly timed.
